Gift Cards are pre-paid debit cards that can be loaded with $5 to $200 of value and used for purchases at our theater box office, concession stands, and in-theater restaurants. They can also be used at select online ticketing sites for purchase of movie tickets for our cinemas.
Showcase Gift Card FAQ's
Purchase our Gift Cards online at showcasecinemas.ourgiftcards.com. They are also available for purchase at your local Showcase Cinema theater and at select retail stores.
Digital gift cards are available only at the Showcase Cinemas Online Store and offer a wide variety of designs to fit your occasion. We also offer a wide variety of card images to accompany your gift. The digital cards will be delivered by email on the date you select and activated on the date of delivery. You can send these cards directly to your recipients email address or send the card to your own email address, then print the card to give as a gift. There are no shipping and handling charges with digital gift cards.

When you send a digital gift card to someone they will receive an email that tells them "A gift is waiting for you!" The email will contain a link to their gift card. Once they click on the link they will need to enter their email address to unlock the card. The card envelope will then open up and show them the card and message. There will be a link for to print the card as a pdf, which will open it up in a format that is designed to be printed out.
As the purchaser you will receive an email that tells you when your gift recipient has claimed their gift. Your recipient may receive the email and not click the link to claim the gift, the system will email you that it has been claimed only after they click the link to claim it.
You can request Corporate E-Prestige Tickets online. Each pack will arrive in an email with pdf attachments. They are redeemable at our box office and on our website. You can distribute the tickets via email or print and distribute E-Prestige Movie Tickets are sold in packs of 50.

National Amusements’ Gift Cards can be redeemed at any Showcase, Showcase Superlux, Showcase Cinema De Lux, or Multiplex Cinema. Our gift cards can also be used to purchase tickets and select refreshments for National Amusements theaters in the United States online and with the Showcase App. Gift cards may be used for ticket and concession purchases as well as for purchases in Lux Level, Chatters, and Studio 3 in-theater restaurants. You can check the balance on your Gift Card by visiting this link. If you are at a National Amusements’ Showcase, Showcase SuperLux, Showcase Cinema de Lux, or Multiplex Cinema, you can get the balance information from any box office cashier or customer service representative. You can also get the balance by inserting the Gift Card into any of the lobby ticket kiosks or calling our 24/7 service at 800-631-8266
To save your gift card into your Apple Wallet from your mobile phone please visit our Check Your Balance page located at http://showcasecinemas.ourgiftcards.com/manage/checkbalance. After you check the balance on your gift card the option will appear on your screen to Add To Apple Wallet.
The gift cards will not function after five years of inactivity; online redemption and balance inquiries will be unavailable. For replacement of a deactivated gift card please email us at email@example.com or call 1-800-631-8266. and provide the gift card and pin numbers of the gift card with your request.
National Amusements Gift Cards can be purchased in any denomination from $5 to $200.
Please put your Gift Card in a safe place as National Amusements is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, or for unauthorized use of a Gift Card. If your card is lost or stolen, it can only be replaced for the remaining value. As a precaution you should always write down your Gift Card and pin number in case the card is lost or stolen. Gift Cards may be applied to any box office or concessions purchase at our theaters. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Gift Cards will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen or used without your permission. Cards will be void if altered or defaced. Cards have no value until purchased. Cards are transferable. Cards are not credit/debit cards and have no implied warranties.
No, the Gift Packs and Prestige Tickets do not expire.
Each Prestige Movie Ticket must be exchanged at the box office for an admission ticket. Not valid for telephone or online transactions. Showcase SuperLux theaters, Lux Level, IMAX® theaters, MX4D, XPLUS, 3D films and special engagements subject to additional premium fee. Use may be limited on rare occasions for certain films and events due to contractual obligations. Subject to seating availability. Vouchers have no cash value. Void if altered or reproduced in any manner. Valid at all National Amusements’ Showcase, SuperLux, Cinema de Lux and Multiplex theaters in the Unites States.
When ordering online you will have a variety of shipment methods available to you.
Most orders will be processed within one business day. A business day is considered Monday through Friday that is not a legal holiday.
Expedited orders requesting Overnight Shipping will process same day if placed before 1:00pm EST. If placed after 1:00pm EST, orders will process on the next business day.
Our online store is open 365 days a year. The fulfillment center that ships out our physical gift cards and corporate merchandise is closed on Federal Holidays. Orders for physical products will be delayed by one business day when there is a Federal Holiday. The holidays include: New Year’s Day, Presidents Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
We can only ship qualified orders (Gift Cards and Gift packs under $100) to PO Boxes and Military Bases by USPS standard mail.
If you order a Gift Card online and selected USPS shipping please wait at least 10 business days for your order to arrive; USPS system has longer delivery times. If it has been more than 10 business days since the order shipped then please contact customer support email@example.com.
If your order was shipped via FedEx you can track your package using either the FedEx tracking number or the Order Number. You can click on the FedEx tracking number located in your shipping confirmation email. Or you can enter your Order Number at showcasecinemas.ourgiftcards.com/manage/orderstatus.
An order confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser once the transaction is completed. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser once the order is shipped.
