School & Camp Group Private Rental FAQ's

The field trip program is designed to open theatres, in the morning, for school groups and youth organizations.  Movie start times are typically between 10:00am and 10:30am and based on availability.

No, while the auditorium will not be available to the general public, other school groups may be combined, if seat count permits.

We require a minimum between 60-75 people (based on location).

If you have a smaller school or camp group, we may be able to combine your group with another group, provided seating is available.

Our preferred method of payment for school field trips are Debit/Credit through our convenient online portal. In event a check is absolutely necessary, a Group Sales representative will offer further instruction.

Schools & Camps groups can choose from movies that are currently playing or from a selection of curated movie titles based on availability. Our Group Sales representative will work with you on film selection.

If school is cancelled or delayed due to weather, we certainly would not expect your group to be at the theatre.  While we do not offer refunds, we will re-schedule your field trip as quickly as possible.  We cannot guarantee the same film will be available for your rescheduled date.  Contact your Showcase Group Sales Representative to reschedule your field trip.
