As we enter February, two highly anticipated films – WB’s “Birds of Prey” (2/7) and Paramount’s “Sonic the Hedgehog” (2/14) make their way to Showcase. Both “Sonic” and “Birds” are looking to open above $40 million, but which film will come out on top: The super-fast “Sonic” or the emancipated “Harley?” Early reactions are positive for both films, so we’ll find out in a couple of weeks!
