Our bartenders greet customers in a friendly manner, take, prepare and deliver food and beverage orders while utilizing up-selling and suggestive sales techniques and provide superior customer service.

Sell menu items and handle cash and credit card transactions in accordance with company procedures;
Process information/merchandise through the point of sales system;
Make simple mathematical calculations in order to make change;
Perform some light food preparation;
Fill drink orders and correctly deliver all food and drinks following standard recipes and special diet orders; Knowledge of food and drink menu;
Convey product information on menu items to customers;
Identify valid forms of identification and understand their contents;
Practice the highest standards of food service sanitation in accordance with company policies, practices and procedures;
Assume the role of host or wait staff if the need arises;
Abide by all training and laws governing the sale and consumption of alcohol;
Maintain proper stock level of all bar items;
Perform daily and nightly cleaning of bar in accordance with opening and closing procedures;
Communicate promptly to management any concerns affecting the restaurant’s operation;
Availability for weekend, evening, and holiday shifts;
Work varied hours/days as business dictates; and
Stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours.
Must adhere to defined cleaning and safety protocols including wearing assigned PPE, maintaining social distance and properly utilizing tools for the health and safety of themselves and others.
